Presentation in Tirana on 4th September - NEWS COVERAGE A public presentation of the Zumax AG proposal to develop the Port of Vlorë as a deep water container terminal and free zone was made in Tirana on the 4th of September, and in Vlorë on the 5th. The Tirana meeting was attended by senior members of the Albanian cabinet, members of the international diplomatic community, and the public at large. The meeting was addressed by the Prime Minister Dr Sali Berisha, expressed his full support for the project (see video clip below). The presentation in Vlorë was attended by the Mayor, senior members of the business community, environmental groups and members of the public, where the prospect of the development was also well received.
