ANDREW WRIGHT – Chairman

Appointed a director of Zumax AG in 2007. Chartered Engineer, Andrew, is CEO of the Wright Group of companies, also based in St Gallen, Switzerland. He has more than 30 years of experince in the marine and offshore engineering business.

 

PHILIP GEORGE – Director of Projects

Philip has been a key player in the strategic development of the company. Civil engineer, Philip, has over 30 years experience in marine engineering and project developments. He is a non-executive director of a number of other companies in the offshore engineering and energy businesses.

PASCAL MOSELE – Finance Director & Company Secretary

Economist and Master of Corporate Finance, Pascal, has worked in the insurance, quality assurance and consultancy businesses in Switzerland. Before joining Zumax in 2008, Pascal was Controlling Manager for a regional railway company in Switzerland.


JOHN AXFORD - Renewable Energy Projects

Civil Engineer formerly with Thales in Paris, has over thirty years experience in the marine civil engineering business. John leads the Zumax tidal power project team.

 


ANDREAS MEISTER - Ports and Terminals

Andreas joint Zumax in 2009. He has been a Managing Director of Port Infrastructure and Suprastructure companies in Europe. Andreas has more than 35 years of experience in Liner Shipping, Senior Port Management, Strategic Port Development and Senior Project Management. Before joining Zumax he worked for Sandwell Engineering in Vancouver, Canada in a Senior Project Management and Business Development position for Container Terminal projects.He was appointed Investor’s Representative of MSC Europe Terminal for the development of a strategic Port project in Russia and he has been employed on long term contracts with Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH, MIDGARD DSAG, Nordenham, Hamburger Hafen - und Lagerhaus AG and Hapag-Lloyd AG , Hamburg.

ANI DUKA - Technical and business administration Tirana
 
A civil engineering  graduated of Kingston University, England, Ani has worked on a number major project infrastructure projects in the UK notably the Network Rail West Coast Route Modernisation (WCRM), and  Transport for London Crossrail project; and the important Albanian Durres-Kukes section of the Durres (Vlore) to Pristina motorway project while working for Bechtel, and the UK Scott Wilson Group. He joined Zumax Albania in 2009.
