Work Training Plan Scholarships

Undergraduate and graduate Work Training Plan Scholarships (WTPS)

These programmes are designed to bring fresh intellect into the business from the nations with whom Zumax are developing business. The objective of the plan is to introduce strong candidates to an appropriate level of training and career development so as to forge an ever stronger link between Zumax and the candidate national group.

This is done on two levels:

I) Graduate

II) Undergraduate

The scheme is designed as a mix of academic study and work placement. It relys on the close inter-dependancy of company and student to develop their future together.

Candidates must be:

- fluent in English to minimum level 3 - NQF (or equivalent C2 - Common European Framework/ 7.0-8.0 - IELTS) and in their mother tongue;

- broad both academically and intellectually, with good behavioral and social skills;

- have proven teamsmanship;

- committed to succeed in their endeavours.
